Jose is a lawyer who completed his studies at University of Granada.
He has been living and working abroad for 2 years after studying Law, specifically in Ireland (Galway), in the UK (Oxford) and in France (Toulouse). After that, he completed his master´s degree at University of Murcia (Ucam). He is fluent in English and French.
José María has experience and knowledge of property matters such as contracts of purchase. He take care of all the cost involved as for example transfer tax, notary cost, council-taxes, bank financing.
Lucas Pérez Hanss
Collaborator
Lucas born 1992 in Marbella (Málaga), he graduated from the German school of Málaga in 2010. Afterwards he studied law at Granada University, obtaining his degree in 2016. In 2018 he passed the Master in Legal Practice at Málaga University.
Since then he has gained experience at several lawfirms from the Costa del Sol, mainly focused on Real Estate Law. Since beginning of 2020 he has also been working as an interpreter of Spanish, German and English for the criminal court and the police station of Marbella.
