José María is a registered lawyer. He lived and worked abroad for several years after completing his law studies, specifically in Ireland (Galway), the United Kingdom (Oxford), and France (Toulouse). After completing the Master’s Degree to enter the legal profession and joining the prestigious Granada Bar Association, he worked for a Belgian law firm.

José María specializes in real estate law, particularly in the purchase and sale of real estate by foreigners. He also has extensive experience in inheritances with international clients.

She began her studies at the prestigious French School of Stockholm, developing a unique international profile as a legal assistant. Specialized in assisting foreign clients, she is fluent in French, Spanish, English, Italian, German, and Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian). Her experience includes years of management at the Spanish Embassy in Stockholm, where she gained a global perspective on the administrative and tourism sectors. Thanks to her background in Sweden, the United States, and Italy, she ensures empathetic and precise communication, helping to eliminate language barriers and guarantee efficient management within the Spanish regulatory framework.

He began his studies at the University of Granada, training as an economist and auditor. Specializing in tax advice for residents and non-residents, he offers solutions tailored to each situation. His experience includes the acquisition of real estate in Spain by foreign companies, advising on the tax, accounting, and legal aspects of the process. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the Spanish regulatory framework, he guarantees efficient and secure management, helping to optimize taxation and protect his clients’ interests.

With a background in Law and Business Administration, as well as an MBA, she brings a comprehensive perspective on legal and management matters, combining solid expertise in law and business with exceptional communication and client-relations skills. Her experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds—along with her fluency in Spanish, Dutch, and English—enables her to provide Lex Artis’s international clients with close, clear, and effective support, free from language barriers.

Juan Carlos est architecte agréé et possède une vaste expérience internationale en développement immobilier et en gestion de projets. Il a travaillé en Espagne et dans plusieurs pays européens, notamment au Royaume-Uni, en France, au Portugal et au Danemark, où il a dirigé des projets de construction et de développement durable pour des entreprises des secteurs de l’énergie et de l’immobilier.
