Legal process in wills

1- First legal consultation

We analyze your personal and financial situation to recommend the most suitable type of will.

2- Elección de ley aplicable

Como extranjero residente, puedes decidir si tu testamento se rige por la ley de tu país o la española. Te explicamos las implicaciones de cada opción.

3- Preparation of documentation

We collect the necessary data: valid ID or passport, personal and family data, information on assets, identification of heirs, legatees and other beneficiaries.

4- Drafting the will

We draft a legally valid will, clear and tailored to your wishes.

5- Sign before a Spanish notary

We will accompany you to sign before a notary in Spain, or we will coordinate the process with a notary's power of attorney if you cannot attend in person.

6- Official registration

The notary will register your will in the Registry of Last Wills and Testaments, ensuring that it is traceable and valid after your death.
